Application Review Criteria

There are 6 review criteria that include both Scientific and Administrative aspects for assessment:

A. Scientific aspects:

  • Scientific Approach: Rigor and technical merit.
  • Strength of multidisciplinary collaboration. New partnerships are preferred.
  • Significance: Impact on health knowledge, practice, outcomes, or policy.

B. Administrative aspects:

  • Feasibility of project completion within an 18-month period.
  • Potential for future funding: Likelihood that the project will promote continued collaboration and external funding.
  • Budget: Assessment of whether the budget is appropriate given the project activities. Availability of matching funds.
