Submission Timeline 

  • Rolling Admission (as funds are available). 
  • Proposals must be submitted a minimum of 30 days in advance of the proposed activity.  

Selection Process 

Proposals will be reviewed in order as received. Proposals are reviewed monthly on a recurring basis. Applicants will be contacted with an award decision or with a request for additional information within 30-45 days of the form submission date.  

Additional Details:  

  • Incomplete proposals will not be considered.  
  • Multiple proposals from JHU student groups are permitted; however, only one activity per JHU student group in an academic year will be considered for grant funding. 
  • JHU student groups must have a JHU-affiliated cost center/IO# to be eligible for grant funding. 
  • Funding is to be utilized for approved grant purposes only.
