Full Proposal Requirements (Deadline: 11:00 pm EDT, Friday, October 13, 2023)

  • Research plan (3-page limit, content and format described in “Research Plan Requirements”)  
  • A comprehensive, itemized 18-month budget.  
  • Budget Justification. Include an explanation of any other funding sources that will be used to cover costs.  
  • Reference list of up to 30 references – not included in the 3-page limit. 
  • Letters of Support (LOS) from Indian partner(s).
  • Biographical sketches (NIH-format) for all PIs.
